THE BODY with Audible Burst and Old One 9/9/10

Legendary two-piece metal giants THE BODY(Providence,RI) will be performing in Somerset, Kentucky @ the Carnegie Community Arts Center on Thursday, September 9th. They are currently on a lengthy tour of the U.S. in support of their new record 'All The Waters Of The Earth Turn To Blood' out on At A Loss Records. Also playing will be bass/drum doom duo Old One(Morehead,KY). They just released a split 12" with the amazing Black Pyramid and will be playing new material off of that. Make sure you pick one of those up! Audible Burst will be opening the show and debuting new material from there upcoming Karmic Swamp release. The show will start around nine p.m. and will be five dollars at the door.

This Friday, May 14th the streets of downtown Lexington,KY will erupt with sub-harmonic frequencies and distorted guitar tones as J Allen Studios on South Upper St. will be hosting an epic drone/experimental show. The night will feature performances by Lexington natives Casino vs. Japan and Ghost Affirmation as well as conjurers of the drone Everyone Lives Everyone Wins. Be sure and drop by, starts around 8.
